Innovations on Autism interventions by Frédérique Bonnet-Brilhault
Coming soon.
In Dr. Bonnet-Brilhault’s masterclass we will understand not only clinical aspects of ASD but also neurophysiological aspects that are crucial in the Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Description
The Autism Spectrum Disorder is characterized by a wide variety of profiles, although all of them share difficulties in two areas:
a. Social communication and interaction.
b. Repetitive behaviors/ restricted interests.
The group led by Dr. Bonnet-Brilhault, studies both the detailed clinical description of these disorders and, above all, their neurophysiology. In this sense, the group is based on 3 pillars:
a. Sensory processing alterations are observed in ASD.
b. Cortical, subcortical, and autonomic nervous system (ANS) networks are involved.
c. The individual profile can be identified and related to a combination of clinical parameters.
In Dr. Bonnet-Brihault’s masterclas we will be able to understand not only clinical aspects of ASD but also neurophysiological aspects that are crucial in this disorder.
A unique opportunity for those interested in autism clinics and research.
